Capped at 399.6, which is achieved at 999 strength. Doesn't seems like there is a realistic damage bonus cap. Strength: One point of strength increases: weapon damage by 0.5. This build has a really nice balance of clear speed, damage, survivability, budget, and quality of life.

I've been running a shotgun-rapid-fire minion build with some success. The other is more of a spellcaster direction, utilizing the Thundercloud skill and converting all lightning damage to cold for big critical strike damage. This is a pretty similar style to OG Rehan.
The first is using Flame Slash and leaning into Steep Strikes and fire damage. Also this is where skelletons and shadowlings shine because with the blinding effect, enemies aggro them and not you. There's a couple ways to build Ice-Fire Fusion.
I've been experimenting to some pretty awesome success using bramble wall and/or vortex hex to keep targets from shooting out of range and pinning them in the rain of fire. I find that the knockback can be an issue if that's all you do.
